Use this page for abuse, harassment, scam, or safety concerns when you cannot complete an in-app report. In-app reporting and blocking remain the preferred first step for travelers who can sign in.
Provide the category of concern and enough context to investigate. Do not paste full private message histories unless asked, and never include passwords or payment credentials.
